Highly recommend ACR due to their timeliness, knowledge, professionalism, office follow-up. After a unit analysis, their company owner personally came out to my property and recommended sending technician Ryan, to work on my a/c unit which was "DOA". I have a little understanding of A/C units, so I was anticipating replacing it due to a major undetected leak and needed parts. To make a long story short, Ryan worked diligently moving from one area to another on the unit and he was able to repair it knowing where my brand of unit has had troubles/ leak issues, and finding those issues quickly saving me thousands of dollars not having to replace it. We've used this company twice now as they came highly recommended from a family member who uses them for his businesses, and both times ACR has been very fast to give us a service date/time & their technician has been spot on with his fix both times. Tech was on time both times, and the timeframe window was short. One time the problem was a bad sensor so our AC kept shutting off, and this time around it was a dirty coil issue, which was causing a few problems. I know it's not always an exact science when something goes wrong in an AC system, but our technician clearly knows his stuff and he was able to get our house cooled off quick both times for fair & good price. Our AC had a leak that was unrepairable and unexpectedly we needed a new AC unit (condenser and fan). We called four companies including the former company that installed the previous units. ACR came highly recommended from several of our neighbors. We were provided several options (4) from cheaper options to higher end two stage, and variable speed units. I called Michael Torres to talk through the options and he took the time to answer all my questions. We chose to hire ACR as their price was competitive, great reviews online and timely service. I called ACR back in September for a AC maintenance. Glen if I’m correct came by and I also told him the issues I had was having with my AC unit. He did the maintenance and told me it had too much Freon. Then I called again this week for a diagnosis test because of the same issue I was having back in September. The same technician came by and checked and said he put in some Freon. Then he stepped outside for awhile sitting in the van and came back later and told me that i needed my compression replaced. My AC is warranty for 10 years for parts. I told the tech why didn’t you tell me back in September when I had mentioned it and after paying $129.00 and another $99.00 he said well we can put it in for you. So I told him the part is under warranty so all I would have to pay for is the labor. I did my research and labor is $500-$600 for a compressor. I then get an email from ACR with a quote for $1700.!!! When the compressor is costing them $0.00. Don’t use this company they will over charge you and have no consideration or interest in trying to help the customer. Read Less

This is a top notch operation with very qualified technicians. Always up to date with modern tech, but very old school in that they offer honest, fair and personalized service.
